Arch C. Luther is president of Arch Luther Associates in Jenner, California. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Luther holds 32 patents gained during his 38-year career in broadcast engineering at RCA, and is the author of ten books, including Video Camera Technology and Principles of Digital Audio and Video, both published by Artech House. He has won both the SMPTE David Sarnoff Gold Medal and RCA David Sarnoff Gold Medal for Outstanding Technical Achievement.

L'auteur - Arch C. Luther
Arch Luther, l'auteur, est président de Arch Luther Associates, société de conseil qu'il a fondée après une carrière de 38 ans au sein de RCA au cours de laquelle il occupa des fonctions d'ingénieur et de directeur. Auteur de six ouvrages, détenteur de 32 brevets, il s'est vu décerner la distinction "David Sarnoff Gold Medal" par le SMPTE et RCA. Arch Luther est titulaire d'un BSEE délivré par l'Institut de Technologie du Massachusetts (MIT).
