L'auteur - Robert de Bruin
Robert de Bruin est diplome de Sciences-Po et Docteur d?Etat en Sciences politiques. Durant les annees 1980, il a ete responsable de la communication en France du groupe cree par l?industriel Carlo De Benedetti et a developpe l'image internationale de Paribas. Directeur de la communication a l?association Francaise des Banques depuis 1992, Robert de Bruinest charge de cours de communication financiere au CELSA(Paris-Sorbonne)et a l?universite de Paris XIIL Il a publie de nombreux articles sur la communication bancaire et financiere.
L'auteur - Jan Smits
is an independent telecommunications consultant and a professor of law and technology at Eindhoven University of Technology. He holds a degree in law from Tilburg University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology.
