L'auteur - Bruce Elbert
is an internationally recognized authority on
information technology networks,distributed computing, and
client/server application development. He has 30 years of
experience in systems design, operation, and management and
is currently director of systems development for a major
communications services company. In previous assignments,
Mr. Elbert managed the technical and business components of
information networks for customers in Europe, the United
States, Asia,and Latin America. As an early adopter of
client/server computing, he was responsible for moving a
mission-critical application in telecommunication resourse
management from a mainframe to a
client/server-based application system.
