Meanwhile, a search went on around them.#3 The agents on the scene decided to turn on the lights, which Charlie did not like. He fired several shots at the lightbulb in the ceiling above the second-floor landing, shattering it and sending shards of glass everywhere.#4 I was called to assist with the negotiations, and was told that the FBI had entered the house and taken Charlie hostage. I was told that the FBI did not want to see anyone get hurt, and that they wanted to minimize the consequences Charlie would face if he surrendered.
