THOMAS A. CURRAN is founder and President of Component
Software (Cambridge, MA), which produces front office
applications for the enterprise. Curran worked for five
years as technology strategist and product manager for
SAP™ AG and has guided numerous projects for clients
worldwide.
ANDREW LADD, Ph.D., is a professional writer and
communications consultant. He teaches at Emory University
(Atlanta, GA) and serves as Director of Communications for
Component Software, Inc. Ladd has written extensively on
the ERP market and its impact on the modern enterprise.
