Originaire d'Italie, Ali Hazelwood a vécu au Japon et en Allemagne avant de s'installer aux États-Unis pour poursuivre un doctorat en neurosciences. Elle est ensuite devenue professeure, et la perspective de se voir confier l'enseignement de jeunes esprits la terrifie. Quand Ali n'est pas au travail, elle aime faire de la course à pied ou du crochet et regarder des films de science-fiction avec son mari et leurs deux chats, qui règnent en maîtres sur leur foyer.

Ali Hazelwood is the New York Times and Sunday Times bestselling author of The Love Hypothesis, Love on the Brain and Love Theoretically as well as a writer of peer-reviewed articles about brain science, in which no one makes out and the ever after is not always happy. Originally from Italy, she lived in Germany and Japan before moving to the US to pursue a PhD in neuroscience. She recently became a professor, which absolutely terrifies her.
