Résumé
A+ Certification is a CompTIA-sponsored testing program
that certifies the competency of entry-level (6 months
experience) computer service technicians, and requires
passing both a hardware and OS exam (Exams 220-221 and
220-222). The A+ Practice Tests Exam Cram, Second Edition
contains two core hardware tests and two OS technologies
tests, with realistic questions designed to prepare you for
the actual test environment. The end of each practice test
includes a detailed answer and explanation section to let
you know why the correct answers were right and why the
other answers were wrong. The companion CD-ROM contains an
additional hardware practice test. All of the practice
tests are based on CompTIA's 2001 objectives and cover PC
hardware and a broad range of software technologies such as
Windows 2000, Linux, and NetWare.

L'auteur - Michael A. Pastore
(Bellevue, WA) has been writing computer books for more than 25 years and has worked in roles from network technician to president of an IT training school. Pastore is a regular contributor to Computerworld and Windows 2000 Magazine, and is a columnist for Leap-it.com.
