Résumé
"L'Énéide" is an epic poem written by the ancient Roman poet Virgil (or Virgile in French). It is considered one of the most significant works of Roman literature and is often regarded as the national epic of ancient Rome.
The poem tells the legendary story of Aeneas, a Trojan hero, and his journey after the fall of Troy. Aeneas travels to Italy, where he is destined to become the progenitor of the Romans.
