L'auteur - Ellen Ward
has been in the information and communication services
industry for almost 20 years. Her career has spanned
numerous areas, from positions in operations and systems
analysis, to management positions in sales, marketing,
strategic planning, and product development. Formerly she
was with MCI and Cincinnati Bell Telephone, where she was
responsible for introducing several new service platforms,
including ISDN.
Ellen Ward is currently a consultant in private practice
based in the Washington, DC area. She can be contacted
