is president of MTE Software, Inc., a San Diego Microsoft' Solutions Provider specializing in Windows NT Backoffice consulting. He has over 20 years experience in software product development, system design, and project management. Mark is a senior Windows NT trainer for I-earning Tree International where he has taught such courses as "Windows NT Optimization and Troubleshooting." Mark is also a contributing writer for Windows NT Magazine and NT Developer Magazine. In addition, he serves as the secretary for the IEEE 1284.4 Working Group, which is responsible for defining a new standard for PC parallel interfaces. In 1998, Mark received a finalist award for Entrepreneur of the Year, sponsored by Ernst and Young's Venture Magazine.

, MBA, MCSE, is the owner and operator of CRSD, Inc., a computer consulting company in the Silicon Valley region. Paul also serves as a senior consultant with CRSD, and has fourteen years of experience with PC networking and enterprise systems, including Windows NT and Microsoft's' BackOfficell suite of products. He works as a software developer designing tools and utilities to augment his network consulting efforts. Some of these tools are included in commercial products.
