Understanding Directory Services
Résumé
The 2nd Edition extends this coverage to the LDAP-Based directories (such as iPlanet and SecureWay) and the X.500-based enterprise directory services (including eTrust, InJoin, LiveContent, and Nexor).
In addition, this 2nd Edition covers the emerging MetaDirectory technologies and products that are crucial to the integration and interoperability of the multiple directories used in an enterprise-networking environment.
To help readers apply directory service theory to real life, this book also covers evaluation dimensions and criteria, and provides a review of current directory service products.
