Katrin Eismann est une conférencière et une enseignante reconnue de manière internationale en imagerie, restauration et retouche numérique. Elle travaille aussi sur l'impact des nouvelles technologies auprès des professionnels de la photographie, des artistes, et des formateurs. Parmi ses clients, elle compte Adobe, Apple, Disney, Kodak, Fuji, la Professional Photography Association, et l'American Film Institute. Katrin a suivi l'enseignement du département Photographic Illustration à la Richester Institute of Technology. En 2002, elle a complété ses connaissances en suivant des cours de design à la School of Visual Arts de New York.
L'auteur - Wayne Palmer
Wayne Palmer has had a passion for photography all his life. He has a degree in education from Bloomsburg State College, but his interest in photography kept him in the darkroom as much as the classroom. After graduation he worked for Guardian Photo Inc. in the marketing of photofinishing services on a national level for 13 years.
Wayne started his own business, Palmer Multimedia Imaging, in 1994, offering custom photographic, videographic and digital photo restoration services. He has worked with Photoshop since version 3, and previously Aldus PhotoStyler.
A self-described AV nerd, Wayne enjoys sharing his knowledge of photography, digital imaging and computers. He teaches Photoshop and Digital Photography at the continuing education department of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University.
Wayne was a contributor to Photoshop Restoration & Retouching by Katrin Eismann. He was a contributor as well as technical editor for the book's second edition.
