Sue Mosher's most visible work with Microsoft Outlook is the Slipstick Systems Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center, at http://www.slipstick.com/, which provides how-to information, add-in listings, and other resources to Outlook users and the administrators and developers who support them. Her consulting firm, Turtleflock, LLC, offers programming, training, and other services to companies and individuals who want to put the power of Outlook and other Office products to work. She has written four previous books on Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Exchange client, regularly contributes articles to Exchange and Outlook publications, and has spoken at the Microsoft Exchange Conference, Office Development and Deployment Conference, Office Developer Connections, and other meetings. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary, she is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communications and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Since 1994, she has received an annual award from Microsoft naming her a Most Valuable Professional for her volunteer work in helping other users get more out of their Microsoft products.
