Michael J. Corey (Newton, MA) is co-owner of Database Technologies, former president of IOUG-A, and has more than 12 years experience using Oracle products. He has garnered a huge following in the Oracle Community and is considered to have the ear of the Oracle Corporation by the community.

Michael Abbey

is a successful author, and has co-written five works in the Oracle Press series. Michael's thirst for knowledge about Oracle the company and the software has been fueled by 11 years of exposure. He is a frequent presenter at conferences throughout the user community, and has become a point of contact for users around the world. His forte is performance tuning, disaster recovery, and instance management. His passion for Pink Floyd and Boston almost, but not quite, exceeds that for Oracle, with which he is comfortably numb.
