Rich Niemiec

is the author of Oracle Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques published by Oracle Press. He is recognized by his colleagues as an expert in the industry, having delivered the top presentation at international Oracle user groups, and having served as Executive Vice President of the International Oracle Users Group-Americas, President of the
Midwest Oracle Users Group, Executive Editor of Select magazine, and Editor-ln-Chief of Exploring Oracle DBMS magazine. He was the 1998 Chris Wooldridge Award winner.

Brad Brown

is the author of Oracle Application Server Web Toolkit Reference published by Oracle Press. Brad has been working with management information systems for more than 15 years, including the last 12 years with a focus on Oracle. He is recognized worldwide as a leading Oracle author and is involved with numerous organizations, having served as president and membership chair of the Rocky Mountain Oracle Users Group and Executive Editor of Exploring Oracle DBMS magazine.
