Rich Jensen

, CNE, is a software engineer on Novell's Critical Problem Resolution Team. He has more than 14 years' experience troubleshooting Novell products, and has resolved literally thousands of critical server issues. He is the co-creator of the advanced debugging course used to train Novell's support
engineers.

Brad Dayley est ingénieur senior en informatique chez Nterprise Development Group, de Novell. Il installe, dépanne et développe depuis quatorze ans les produits de Novell pour NetWare et Linux. Il est coauteur de l'ouvrage Novell's Guide to Resolving Critical Server Issues, et de sept autres titres consacrés à la suite ZENworks, publiés par Novell Press.
