Drew Bird, MCNI, MCNE, MCT, MCSE, MCP+I, Server+, (Kelowna, BC, Canada) has been working in the IT industry for more than 12 years and has been a technical instructor for the past 5 years. Originally from England, Drew completed technical training and consultancy assignments for a wide variety of organizations, including the Bank of England, the London Stock Exchange, Iomega, and the United Nations.
