He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Certified NetWare Engineer, focusing on providing solutions via Microsoft products ranging from design and consultation services to integration. He specializes in capacity planning, the upper echelon of server and storage products, SMS design and implementation, and remote communications design and implementation, He is also involved with Internet/intranet and firewall solutions. Rob has six years of experience in the computer industry providing support and solutions to a variety of clients. He prefers the quiet of the mountains, but the challenge of fast-paced technology in the Baltimore/Washington area has some appeal.

James Farhat's ongoing passion for all areas of computer technology and telephony were sparked in 1979 when, at age 5, he received his first computer, a TRS 80 Model 3. At age 17, James was providing network installation, integration, and consulting services. At age 19, he was the network administrator for Gates Energy Corporation. James achieved Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE) certification at 19, Certified NetWare Instructor (CNI) and Master CNE certifications at age 20, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification at age 21.
