John Welch has been actively supporting Macs since 1984. He's dealt with almost every system version from 1.0 to 9.0.4 and OS X Server. John is currently a network administrator for AER Inc., a contributor for MacWeek.com, MacKiDo.com, a part of the MacFixIt.com Forum Staff, and a columnist for MacTech Magazine.
