Ned Snell is a computer author, journalist, and trainer. Known for his clear, friendly writing style, he is the author of Sams Teach Yourself the Internet in 24 Hours, Third Edition, Easy Web Pages, Sams Teach Yourself Microsoft Publisher 98 in 24 Hours, and several other Internet, Windows and Microsoft Office books.

is the general manager and director of Web services for
a group of weekly newspapers in the suburbs of
Minneapolis-St. Paul. He is the author of The Complete
Idiot's Guide to Microsoft' Outlook' 2000 and Sports on the
Net, and has served as a freelance sportswriter for the
Associated Press for 11 years.

T. Michael Clark (Montreal, QC) is a multi-award-winning digital artist, writer, photographer, programmer/analyst, web site designer, and Internet veteran. He owns and operates GrafX Design, a popular web site that features online tutorials for Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Paint Shop Pro. He has also written several books on imaging software and web graphics.
