Walter Glenn is a veteran of more than 17 years in the computer industry. He works in Huntsville, Alabama as a consultant, trainer, and writer. Walter is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He is the author of numerous computer-related books whose titles include Exchange 2003 Server Administrator's Companion (Microsoft Press), Outlook® Pocket Guide (O'Reilly), Word Pocket Guide (O'Reilly), Windows XP Tips and Techniques (Osborne/McGraw-Hill), MCSE Exchange 2000 Server Study Guide (Sybex), MCSE Guide to Microsoft Windows 2000 Networking (Course Technology), and Word 2000 in a Nutshell (O'Reilly).
