Résumé

Dreaweaver 3 Bible, Gold Edition is the most comprehensive resource on this award-winning Web development tool. Everything the professional Web Developer needs to know about how to use Macromedia's Dreamweaver 3 is in this book, including special Gold Edition coverage of advanced active databases, customizing and extending the Dreaweaver environment, and E-commerce extensions that they can't find anywhere else. It covers everything from how to use dynamic HTML and cascading style sheets to working with a team and sharing files. The developer will be able to generate reports to find out which pages won't work on target browsers and why. In addition, designers will be able to work with JavaScript, XML, SMIL, and animation without needing to know how to program or write script.

Two jam-packed CD-ROMs will include a trial version of Dreaweaver X from Macromedia, over 300 Dreamweaver extensions, a built-in library of JavaScript behaviours, objects, techniques, style sheets and templates, special plug-ins, resources, and tutorials from the book. A 32-page full color insert will illustrate dynamic, professional results that can be achieved using this powerful Web development tool, and provides spectacular examples of using Fireworks and Flash integration with Dreaweaver.
