DR. ROBERT T. GRAUER is an Associate Professor in the
Department of Computer Information Systems at the
University of Miami, where he has been honored with the
Outstanding Teacher Award in the School of Business. A
prolific author known for his unparalleled pedagogy,

series, Dr. Grauer has written 30 books on programming and
information systems, with more than a million books in

CAROL VAZQUEZ VILLAR, an instructor in the Department of
Computer Information Systems at University of Miami for
eight years, currently works for Andersen Consulting. She
has developed and trained high performance teams on team
building and communications and is currently planning and
