Tim Boyles is a Senior Network Systems Consultant for International Network Services (INS) where he helps numerous customers with planning, configuration, and troubleshooting of multi-protocol networks. David Hucaby, CCIE #4594, is a Senior Network Consultant for The Information Connection, where he provide consulting and troubleshooting services for a variety of clientele. Amir S. Ranibar is an instructor and senior network
architect for Global Knowledge, Ciscos largest training
partner. He is a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI)
who teaches the Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting course
as well as the ICND, BSCN, BCRAN, OSPF, and BGP courses.
Amir bas a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information
Science and a Master's degree in Knowledge Based Systems
from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He
currently holds the Certified Cisco Network Professional
(CCNP) designation and is preparing for the CCIE
examinations.

Tim Boyles is a Senior Network Systems Consultant for International Network Services (INS) where he helps numerous customers with planning, configuration, and troubleshooting of multi-protocol networks. His areas of specialty include Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Routers, LAN hardware, network protocols and network operating systems. Tim has a BS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, Rolla and a MBA from California State University. Tim is the co-author of the recently published CLSC Exam Certification Guide from Cisco Press.

David Hucaby, CCIE No. 4594, is a lead network engineer for the University of Kentucky, where he works with healthcare networks based on the Cisco Catalyst, IP Telephony, PIX, and VPN product lines. David was one of the beta reviewers of the PIX version 7 Firewall operating system software.

Clare Gough, CCIE #2893, is a Certified Cisco Systems
Instructor. She worked with the developers of the BSCN and
ACRC courses, and taught the first commercial offering of
the ACRC course. Clare holds master's degrees in Education
and Information Systems. Over the past 14 years, she has
developed and taught a variety of networking and
internetworking courses throughout the world.
