Steve McQuerry

is a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) who works as a contract instructor and consultant throughout the U.S. teaching networking professionals how to configure and integrate Cisco equipment into their networks. Steve also holds CNE, MCSE, MCT, CCNA, and CCNPTm certifications. He has worked in the networking industry for 10 years and has experience with multiple protocols in small and large networks, including TCP/IP and IPX. Steve currently teaches the Cisco courses ICND, ICRC, ACRC, CIT, and CLSC with Global Knowledge.

L'auteur - Wendell Odom

Wendell Odom travaille dans l'industrie des réseaux depuis 1981. Il dispense actuellement les cours QoS, MPLS et CCNA pour Skyline Advanced Technology Services, une société spécialisée dans la formation et le consulting informatiques. Outre ses fonctions d'ingénieur réseau, consultant, ingénieur système, formateur et concepteur de cours, il est l'auteur de toutes les précédentes éditions des guides de préparation à la certification CCNA.

Wendell Odom, CCIE No. 1624, is a senior instructor with Skyline Computer (www.skylinecomputer.com), where he teaches courses on QoS, CCNA, and CCIE lab preparation. He has worked in the networking arena for 20 years, with jobs in pre- and post-sales technical consulting, teaching, and course development. Wendell has written portions of more than 12 courses, and he is the author of three prior editions of the CCNA Exam Certification Guide and the DQOS Exam Certification Guide.
