L'auteur - Paul S. Chinowsky
Paul S. Chinowsky is Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Since joining the faculty in 1994, he has been responsible for coordinating the graduate program in Construction Engineering and Management. Dr. Chinowsky is actively involved in research and consulting work focusing on the application of strategic management principles for die civil engineering industry and is responsible for initiating the first strategic management courses in his department.

Lieutenant Colonel James E. Meredith is a lecturer in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and College of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Since retiring from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1993, Colonel Meredith has combined his interest in teaching strategic and project management with the development of innovative strategic planning models for civil engineering organizations as the centerpiece of his doctoral research
