Jack Campanella is a member of the Corporate Quality and Reliability staff at Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.With over forty years experience in the quality field, he has presented and published numerous papers and articles on various quality-rclated subjects. Campanella has had two books published including tile best-selling and authoritative second edition of Principles of Quality Costs (Quality Press, 1990) and has contributed to several others. An ASQ Fellow, C ampanella is Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Quality Engineering journal and is a past Chairman of ASQ's Quality Management Division, Quality Costs Committee, and ASQ's Long Island Section. Campanella is the recipient of the Long Island Section's highest honor, the McGrady-Seiter Award. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor as well as a Registered Professional Quality Engineer in California.
