L'auteur - Stephen P. Robbins

Stephen Robbins, docteur en sciences de gestion, enseigne le management et le comportement organisationnel à l'université de San Diego (États-Unis). On lui doit de nombreux ouvrages sur ces thèmes, dont le best-seller mondial Organizational Behavior, également disponible chez Pearson Education France (Comportements organisationnels, 12e édition, 2006).

L'auteur - David A. DeCenzo

David DeCenzo est président de l'université de Coastal Carolina (États-Unis) et y supervise tous les enseignements en leadership. Il a coécrit différents ouvrages de management et de gestion des ressources humaines, notamment avec Stephen Robbins.
