L'auteur - Ken Maxelon
The authors Ken Maxelon is an independent e-business and
IT Strategy consultant with more than twenty-five years'
experience in the industry. He has an MBA from Henley
Management College, as weli as Masters and Bachelors
degrees in engineering. Jonathan Whelan is a business
systems consultant focusing on the impact of technology on
businesses. He has published a number of previous books,
including the extremely successful book The Year 2000
